The copy challenge
The page addresses customer success leaders who, in its objection section, have tried health scores and stopped trusting them. It needs to show the signals behind the score and explain what the reader gets for 2,290 DKK a month alongside their existing tools. RenewalRadar is presented as a layer connecting those tools.
My role and key writing decisions
Long-form sales page for a self-directed concept project, supplied in three versions. No client was involved.
- The headline and the two problem sections describe the reader’s situation before the product is presented: customer data scattered across named tools, and an account disengaging for weeks before the cancellation message arrives. The product section then introduces RenewalRadar as a layer on top of those tools and states that it is not a new CRM.
- The score section demonstrates the claim in its heading. A table of three illustrative accounts shows each score with its status and the signals behind it, and the paragraph that follows describes a CSM reading the high-risk row without opening other tools. The objection section gives the same breakdown as its answer to readers who have stopped trusting health scores.
- The objection section quotes five objections and answers the price objection with arithmetic: the plan’s 2,290 DKK a month is stated as 27,480 DKK a year and set against the value of one account lost to unnoticed disengagement. The page invites readers to test the product during the 14-day trial. The pricing, trial-terms and FAQ sections then repeat the plan limits and trial terms as plain lists.
